HashIT terms and conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the HashIT website or mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Account Registration: In order to access and use the HashIT app, users are required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Your account credentials, including username and password, must be kept confidential and should not be shared with any third party.
3. Access to Bank Account Details: The HashIT app allows users to access their Nigeria bank account details for the purpose of performing transactions. By using this feature, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of your banking information. HashIT app Limited does not store or have access to your bank account credentials.
4. Marketplace Buying and Selling: The HashIT app provides a platform for users to engage in buying and selling activities. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided regarding the products or services they offer. HashIT app Limited does not endorse or guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any items listed on the marketplace. Any transactions conducted through the app are at your own risk.
5. Social Engagements and Earning: The HashIT app allows users to earn rewards by performing social engagements within the app. Users may earn rewards based on their activity and engagement level. HashIT app Limited reserves the right to modify the earning criteria, reward structure, or suspend the earning feature at any time without prior notice.
6. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities while using the HashIT app. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, phishing, spreading malware, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the app or compromises the security of other users.
7. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights associated with the HashIT app are owned by HashIT app Limited. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the app without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Liability: HashIT app Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to financial loss, information loss, or damage to property.
9. Modification of Terms: HashIT app Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the HashIT app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. By using the HashIT app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
HashiTHashIT app and Quarter are products of HashIT App Limited. HashIT App Limited is a financial technology company and not a bank. Banking services are provided by our partner banks who are duly licensed by the CBN.
Crypto services on HashIT app is provided by a Digital Assets Exchange Company who is licensed by Nigeria's SEC. We also advise that you conduct your own due diligence, consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite before making any investment decisions.
